Submission of Stories:
Southern Metal Finishing prefers electronic submission of stories. Please send your articles and advertising via email to the managing editor, Paul Fisher at paul@southernmetalfinishing.com. Writers are responsible for captions and ideally they should accompany the article. The story length, unless otherwise indicated by the editor or managing editor, should be no more than 1,500 words.

Deadlines:
The deadline is for print advertising and article submissions is the second Thursday of each month. It is imperative that deadlines are met in order to ensure the timely publication of the newsletter. If for whatever reason the author or advertiser is unable to meet this date, there is no guarantee that the article or ad will be published in the targeted issue.

Resolution:
All Ad material must be high resolution (unless otherwise noted). Please make sure the material you submit is at least 300 DPI.

We accept the following file types (unless otherwise noted). JPG, PNG, BMP, EPS, TIFF.
