Booth Descriptions
Each booth will be a 6’x2’ table complete with skirting, and ready for your tabletop display. You will be allowed to set up your booth beginning at 6:00 am the morning of the event and must be dismantled by 7:00 pm following the event. Special packages are available for discounted prices.
Space Assignment
Space will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Booth assignments will be made on the following criteria: 1.) date application received, 2.) assignment preferences, 3.) special requests regarding competitor proximity. Every effort will be made to arrange a booth that you are comfortable with.
Shipping
Please contact the hotel to arrange for packages to be shipped in advance. They have limited storage but will work with you on a first come first serve basis.
Liability
Exhibitor agrees to maintain insurance to fully protect Southern Metal Finishing from any and/or all claims or any nature including claims under the Workmen's Compensation Act, and for damages which arise in connection with the operation of an exhibitors display. The exhibitor agrees to be fully responsible for any and all damages caused to by that exhibitor to the property of the Embassy Suites Hotel while attending this conference.
Payments and Cancellations
Cancellations must be acknowledged in writing by theSouthern Metal Finishing (SMF) conference coordinator. Upon cancellation SMF reserves the right to resell the exhibit space. Cancellations received by September 20, 2007 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 20, 2007
